昼ごはんに納豆を食べているトレーナーの出合です。
冬から春にかけての旬の食べ物！といえば［イチゴ］です！
見た目からして可愛いイチゴは、甘くて少し酸味があり、本当に美味しいです。
皮を剥く必要がなく、そのまま食べられる、美味しさムキ出しの存在です！
そんな美味しい苺を、つくばで生産している友人がいます。木戸くんです。
毎年、彼の作った苺を食べています！今回は、苺と木戸くんの事を書きます。

《時は、私の二十代の頃に遡ります。》
当時の私は、有給をフルに使い、仕事も兼ねて機会を見つけては海外に出かけていました。二十年前の当時、アメリカはロサンゼルスを訪れていました。
そこで知り合ったのが、今回イチゴを生産している木戸くんです。
アートの学校を卒業した木戸くんは、帰国まで数週間のアメリカを、満喫しまくってました！ よく笑いよく食べよく飲む彼は、料理を振る舞ってくれました。
手先が器用な彼は、スラムダンク初登場時の三井先輩(ミッチー)のような髪型(ロン毛)の私の髪を、シド・ビシャスと同じ髪型に散髪してくれました。ちなみに木戸くんは、桜木花道と同じ髪型(赤)でした。
アートの学校を卒業して帰国した彼は、農家で生計をたてるべく、各地へ修行の旅に出ます。当時の彼女(現在奥様)の大学が私の家の近くにあり、年に数回、我が家にお土産をもって、遊びに来てくれました。

《イチゴに的を絞る》
畑を用意し、結婚して、生活をイチゴに切り替えてからは、畑につきっきりです。
今も、時間を見つけてはお手伝いに行くのですが、私が役に立っているかどうかはわかりません。
朝日とともに起きて働き、旨いものを食べて、日が暮れると寝る。
最高のライフサイクルです！ 季節により、旬の作物も異なります。それぞれの農家が協力して、その時の作業を分担します。一年を通して、近隣親戚がチームとなり、生産されているんです。

《イチゴ歴20年》
奥様が農業科学を勉強されていたことも有り、肥料や温度管理のサイクル等が年々進化しています。知識と経験が、更に甘くて優秀なイチゴを作り出します。
また、彼の営む農園は、他の農園と異なっています。アートの学生時代に、コンテストで受賞経験がある彼は、農園そのものをデザインしています。ジブリに出てきそうな建物、そのままグランピングできるテラス、こだわりすぎるカカシの数々。つくばのカカシコンテストで受賞しているカカシたちを、幼稚園バスに乗った地元の子供達が見にきてくれます。大人気です！！子供達の笑い声が響き、甘いイチゴの香りが立ち込める、幸せ空間がそこにあります。

Strawberries that look cute are sweet, slightly sour, and really delicious.
There is no need to peel the skin, and you can eat it as it is.
I have a friend who produces such delicious strawberries in Tsukuba. This is Mr.Kido.
I eat the strawberries he made every year! This time, I will write about Mr.Kido and strawberries.

《Time goes back to my twenties.》
At that time, I used my paid leave to the fullest, and when I found an opportunity to work, I went abroad.
Twenty years ago, the United States was visiting Los Angeles.
There, I met Mr.Kido, who produces strawberries this time.
After graduating from art school, he enjoyed the weeks of America before his return!
He laughed a lot, ate a lot, and drank a lot, and he served his food.
With his dexterity, he cut my hair with a hairstyle (long hair) like Slam Dunk’s first appearance (Mitchie) to the same hairstyle as Sid Vicious. By the way, he had the same hairstyle (red) as Sakuragi Hanamichi.
After graduating from art school and returning to Japan, he goes on a training trip to various places to earn a living as a farmer.
Her (now wife) college at that time was near my house, and she came to my house several times a year to play.
After focusing on strawberries, preparing fields, getting married, and switching to strawberries, it’s all about the fields.
I still find time to help, but I’m not sure if I’m helping.
Wake up and work with the rising sun, eat delicious food, and go to bed when the sun goes down.
The best life cycle! Seasonal crops vary depending on the season. Each farmer cooperates and shares the work at that time. Throughout the year, neighboring relatives form a team and produce.

《20 years of strawberry history》
Because his wife was studying agricultural science, fertilizer and temperature control cycles are evolving year by year.
Knowledge and experience produce sweeter and better strawberries.
Also, the farm he runs is different from other farms.
An award-winning contest winner when he was a student of art, he designed the farm itself.
Buildings that are likely to appear in Studio Ghibli, terraces that can be glamped as they are, and many scarecrows that are too particular about it.
Local children on a kindergarten bus will come to see the Kakashi who won the Tsukuba Scarecrow Contest. It’s very popular! !! There is a happy space where the laughter of children echoes and the scent of sweet strawberries fills in.
